SWOP Tampa Bay Ally Social at St. Pete Unitarian Church

When SWOP Tampa Bay marched and exhibited at St. Pete Pride Parade and Festival this June, we met so many new folks expressing a desire to show up for the sex worker rights community. So now, we are having our first-ever  Ally Social. Join us to learn more about: local and national policy affecting sex workers, decriminalization, pressing needs in the local sex worker community, and many other topics. We will also set up letter-writing stations as part of our work with our national sister organization (based in Orlando), SWOP Behind Bars. Writing materials, stamps, and envelopes will be made available for anybody who wants to pen greetings to an incarcerated sex worker. Feel free to bring cards or stationary (with the exception of glitter, stickers, and colored ink which are not allowed in US prison mail). This event will also be a potluck, so please bring a dish to share. Beer and wine will be sold for donations.
